The Woes of mknote

There are many areas now that my mod is freezing at (see http://www.lancersreactor.com/t/forum/t ... ng&M=False for more info). Since it only affects mods I've made, it may not seem like a big deal, but I have no real way of testing my modifications in-game at this point. Breifly, there are two systems that, when I add destroy_vignette zones, whenever I try to LOAD (not launch from) a base, the game freezes. Then it comes up with a "Low System Memory" error. Now the same thing happens when I simply add patrols or when I add a new system. What is going on? My modding has come to a virtual standstill. I need help.
