My sounds doesn''t work

When i start a new game and then becomes that video and i hear something at the start but in the end of that video i don't hear anything that they speak. I'v had this game installed before in my computer and everything worked then but not anymore. I would like to know why my sounds doesn't work.

EDIT: I'm sorry i didn't read that thread that tells about this problem. I'm trying it now.

Now i have a problem. I don't have english version of windows and i don't know how to do this:

2. go to Sound And AUdio Devices
3. On Hardware Tab, in the list click on Audio Codecs
4. Select "Fraunhoffer MPEG Layer ..." codec

Can somebody help me?

I'm sorry my only problem now is that i need to find where are those codecs and i don't know. Can somebody please tell me where can i see them?

click START-butto, - select System settings - now double-click system - Hardware - Device Manager - Sound, Video and game controllers {note: this may vary slightly depending on your Operating System}.
Now Right-click Audio Codecs, select properties and go to the properties tab.

You can change the list of codecs now if you have administrator rights on this computer.

Thank you i found them.

EDIT: Now my problem is that i don't have that Fraunhoffer codec. Where to get it?
