Instalation problem

I recently decided to re-visit the world of FL. Been some 12 months since it was installed on my computer and now im getting an error every time i try to install. About 36% in I get an error writing to file C:/......blah blah/data/audio.ozu.utf
It suggests making sure I have enough HD space and so on, thats all fine. Have I damaged the disc?

Never heard of this one before

How much spare space do you actually have if you check your C: drive?
It could be a corrupt disk (scratched), but its always prudent to check how much space you have free - the game takes about a gig

Do what Chip advised first, but if that doesn't work then do this. Get yourself a CD Doctor at a store. Run your CD through the CD Doctor to fix it and try reinstalling FL. IF that doesn't work, I have another suggestion, but try my first suggestion first. Let me know if it works.
