Quick Question.

Whenever I start up the game I get this weird graphical error. The top part of the screen is kinda cut out and moving all weird. If I put the mouse up there it dissapears but when I move it back it comes back. Anyone know how to fix this?

Ummm... you'd have to post some specifics about your system, it's configuration etc.
