Freelancer restarts my computer.

When I am going back to New York System from the Colorado system my computer accidentally restarts. What can I do with it?

Are you playing, or have you played, a mod? Is it whilst your in the jump tunnel, as you are about to exit? Does it happen only to this jumpgate, or does it happen to all of them?

what are your system specs. this sometimes happens to my brothers comuter. if your running windows xp then you might what to get 256 megs of ram. that is what fixed it for him.
when your flying in an astrode field do you somrtimes hit things you cant see if so then you need a better graphics card.
