server admin and money

i need to change the amount of money and need to know how to give admin to someone. anyone help?

To change the startup money on your own server edit the mpnewcharacter.fl file
(This info should be VERY easy to do a search for on the forum; Try it next time)

What exactly do you mean by giving admin ablities to somebody? Only the SysOp can truely do anything unless you setup a remote control program of some kind.
