Game won''t start

I can't get the game to start. The demo started and played beautifully, but now with the full install it won't even run the game when I click on the executable. Spent the last hour on the phone with MS Game Support. Tried everything. Any ideas?

Hmm, do you receive any error messages?

Uninstall the game and reinstall it once more.

Post up your system specs too

Graphics cards
OS
Memory
etc etc

look for Flspew.txt as well should be on your pc somewhere might help as it also gives error messages and can help u see whats goin wrong
