where is the paralyzer missile launcher?

It may be a NPC wep as it is not listed forsale on ANY base. If you want it, you could mod it to have at a base. Some one else may know if it is a dropped wep. It is a class 10 missle as well. Sorry.

It is a locked missile, only the ammo can be found for sale or in a wreck.

Careful, FLCD auto-bans players with the launcher. Mod this at your own risks.

not really technical. in an unmodded game, the paralyzer is not obtainable through normal means. you can only get the missiles, there are servers where it is possible to get one though.
