HELP!!!!!!!!

The edges of my freelancer cd are all scratched up, i got it like 2 weeks ago and im always careful with it, im sure its not my cd drive hitting the edges, i tested on another cd. I got a defective exchange and its happening again! has this happened to anyone before? please help!!!

If your sure its not from handling it outside the computer, I would invest in a new CD player, they are real cheap these days.

ya but the drive is brand new, it doesnt do this to any other game! i know this is really weird, im just trying to find out wats causing this.
