Video/Driver issue?

Well.. i was wondering if this next pic comes familiar to other gamers. I had it since i finally got FL back to work. If anyone knows about this issue, please explain how i get rid of it

O had that issue and others for a long time, I did some research, turns out FL didnt support my Graphics card, a Voodoo 3000.
I never did figure out a way around it and just upgraded my card.
