FLMM not working anymore

I'm using FLMM for a longer time, it ever worked since now, i got newest Version, reinstalled it, reinstalled FL, deleted the Mods and nothing worked.
The problem is FLMM is starting, but staying minimized.
Pls help me somehow, i dont want to reinstall the game for changin some mod.

Pls i need your help, i hate to reinstall gane or do it with sdk every time i wanna change a mod =(
