can''t connect to global server

First things first, search this forum for all of the previous posts dealing with this problem and try the fixes. Eg. install DirectX 9.0b, and check on microsoft.com, etc. After you've done that, get back to me and let me know how successful you were.

i allready have direct x 9.0b and i also have tried to connect to the server without my firewall online and the samething happens

It may be that you have requisite ports disabled. Go here, it tells you which ports you need to have available for connection. If you have something like a router, connect to that and make sure the ports are allowed access, as routers often have their own firewalls.
