Unknown Glitch during Mission 3

I have absolutely no clue as to why this happens.

During Mission 3 (after Willard Station)

(I can't get past this problem.)

The Rheinland Ships that appear, do not attack. I also can't dock with the ring at California Minor.

I have tried everything, complete uninstall then reinstalling, playing without the single mod I used (Rebalance 3.40), several times.

No solutions, whatsoever.

hey dude, shift this into the rebalance threads and MD (the mods creator) will see it and help ya out.

It doesn't matter where I put this, It's a problem with the actual game and I can't track it down. It's a glitch in the game itself, not the mods. But I might as well place in it the Rebalance section.

Are there any patches for the game itself that happen to deal with the missions?

Just deinstall all MP3 codecs... you also have to deinstall the Nimo Codec Pack if you have it, and then you have to install the File "WMFDIST"... this file is on the Freelancer CD in the "REDIST" folder... If you dont have the CD, just go to www.microsoft.com and search for the file, to download it. After you have done this, you can also hear all conversations...

Still doesn't change a thing.

The Rhineland Military ships that appear are still neutral.

Can anyone tell me what group they would appear as under the empathy.ini file?
