Can''t install, please help!

My machine won't even install the game, it sees no setup.exe on the CD and the AutoRun file gives me an error when I try to get it working.
A temprory file needed for initialization could not be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available.

I have 5 GIGS free on the machine, any suggestions?

What are the system specs for your computer? Also, do you have all the updates for your operating system and hardware drivers? If not, try updating them. I had a simular problem with a different game, and found that the cause was a glitch in windows. I found this out by downloading all the hotfixes from the windows update site. If you are running XP pro or Win 2000 Pro, make sure your CD/DVD Rom drives are not using 16 bit drivers. That can cause this problem as well. Without your system specs. this is the best that I can do. Good luck.......Kingrat
