Game not loading up

Help! someone my game wont load up. Iv'e tried instalin and uninstalin but nothing fixes it! Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PizzaPete - did you do the Delete all save games as well? Including Autosave? that is the main cause here....

Hope the above fixes the problem, after that, whats your specs for your comp and graphics card/memory etc, and hope someone who is more technically knowledgable comes along and reads it.
