I got a HUGE problem!

Yesterday, I format my HD. and reinstalled my Freelancer. Then, i tried to play MP, but i couldnt find my MP characters.(SH*T) I wrote down my ID# (when appeared at the autorun screen.) but i dunno where can i use this da*n number. its just consisted w/ number, so i couldn't use it in the game. lol please help me.

Uninstall the game again (honest) and then reinstall it once more. You will see a screen that tells you your NEW MP ID number. At this point, Click on that number, and you should (note the should) be able to input YOUR number instead. Then after that, click on continue etc

where can i find the screen that tells my ID # ? (oops, sorry.)
p.s I need to uninstalling my use data, save files?

Ahh.... i think the number that i have is not a *Account ID* i already typed it in the MP screen at the game, but i couldn't entered the MP.
