Any mods activated?

This is sometimes a problem with a bad install of the game in which some of the files did not copy over correctly from the cd. A reinstall may fix it or you can try the Freelancer SDK to replace all your ini files with good versions. This is not a garuntee that it will work but its the best shot I know of and this is one reason why I created the SDK.

I am stuck to level 25 all the time when I akm tyring to get a level the next level requiment get to below my current worth. I am losing my pasions whit this game. Please answer quiqly

OK one problem and one question here.

Problem one I am at lvl 31 and stuck their, I have flown for like 3-4 days on mission and no lvl up yet?

question i take it the Max lvl is around 40ish

Generally this is a problem with the 1.1 patch, especially the mid campaign issue. The way to solve this is to make a seperate Freelancer directory without the 1.1 patch and play from that one for singleplayer. For those of you without sufficient diskspace for two FLs, your best bet is to reinstall every time you want to play singleplayer. Just make sure that patch is activated when you play on a server becuae without it, you cause massive lag for the other players.

so guys, doesnt this problem have a "solid" fix w/o reinstalling the game from scratch ?

cause i have gotten stuck several times in the game. Some were after the story like level 25, but im now stuck on 11 in the story.
both had "mission" as next goal and there arent any missions :S

i dont have patch v1.1 btw, its just a fresh install of freelancer. Not even 1 month old

Hello everyone. I need some help with level 17, or better with that blasted mission 11. (Leaving Buffalo base and attempting to destroy Navy Satellite).
The problem is that the satellite is protected by a group of Navy fighters with level 10 turrets. With my shields, armor and equipment, I survive only FOUR hits (thankfully the shield must be taken down before ship can be hurt), even if I use batteries, so that sucks. Destroying satellite is quite easy, but killing those bastards is impossible. I think it must be some in-game error, because I played the whole story before and I don't remember any situation like this.
I now use Frellancer v.1.0 and have "Porsche Bounty Hunter Ship" and "Ragnarok gunboat" plugins activated. Please help.

the easiest way to level up in my opinion is to do the hack that makes u invulnerable and go to the omicron beta system and loot the pathfinder at sector e5 its pretty close to an outcast base called Ruiz so bein a good friend with the outcasts is recomended and just go back and forth between the base and the wreck and sell everything u loot.
