mission problems (freezing)

hi a friend of mine is haveing problems with the third mission
when he gets to walker it just stops as if he hasn't done every thing he's sopposed to they don't move or talk just sit there his mission objective display(when you hit "N"

says awaiting mission objective

what the heck is going on? help us please!

read through the top sticky post its a audio trigger that won't trigger, cause his pc doesn't have the expected codec so has to fix that.
