Help please

I have scoured the forums for help. No luck. When I try to log into a particular server I get the error message about the password I enter is incorrect. I don't have the oppotunity to even put in a password let alone the fact that the server itself is not password protected (verified). Is this related to the fact the server just got rehosted maybe? We're talking about "Elite" of course. I rembmeber seeing something about this in the past but can not locate any help.

I think one solution is to have my character deleted, which is not a problem. But can anyone think of the fix to this? Feel free to log into the newly rehosted Elite server and see if it happens to you as well.

manualy uninstall it delete all folders make back up of saved game remove flmm if in then reinstall try befor you patch game see if it works then add everything one by one but try after every thing you added to see if it still works if you still have trouble email me at [email protected] n ill try to help you

Did you ever get this figured out Stinger? I'm having the exact same problem on another server. The server admin was nice enough to delete all of my characters, but that didn't help. He next even delted my entire account and folder on the server, but that still didn't work.

I'm going to try reinstalling FL in a couple of days, but just wondering if there is another solution or if you ever got yours to work again?

I am working fine now, I changed nothing from when I was having the problem. Go figure.

Only had that when a server sets Creation Off and your character folder has been deleted but your PC has the correct user ID and the link to the server but can't join as its not there anymore.

I'm pretty sure account creation is set to "on", but I'll ask Earendil just to make sure. Thanks Pinger.

Well it looks like the problem was on my end, I guess. I reinstalled FL and now it's working just fine. I didn't think the problem was on my local machine because I could get onto any other server, just not this 1 in particular. But after the reinstall, everything is working fine.

If i remeber correctly FiiK had password on it, And i know they host now Elite either, just by mirroring the name. So even though Elite might appe
ar not passworded Fiik actually is.
