I didn't play much of SP after the campaign. But as far as i know to level up you need to make that much more.

So for instance if it says somthing like 120k then you need to make 120k more to level up. (correct me if i am wrong please)

Yep, you're right.

During the campaign (level 0 to 18) the stats indicate how much you need in total to level up.
After the campaign the stats say how much more you need in order to level up.

It's strange, I know, but that's the way it is.

i have the same problem.
I am also level 18 but it doesnt level up me to 19.
I had 80.000 $, then i was playing for 3 hours and i have now over 300.000 $.
But nothing happens.
There must be a bug in the sp mod !!!!
There must be others with the same problem ?
Please help us.
