It lags

When i first played the game, it worked perfectly but when i upgraded my comp to XP it started to lag!

This problem of lagging also seems to occur with the more games you play as it fills up your computers memory. I found by uninstalling the game and all components, then reinstalling, the problem stopped (until the memory got used up again) and I have 26 Gb of spare memory!
Also beware, I have found other files go missing, which I only retrieved following a backup reinstall!
