Save Game files?

I just bought a new comp (p4 2.8 with 1gig sdram and geforce fx 5600 256mb) and was wondering, if I want all my save files backed up onto disk, which files would I back up? I cant seem to find any save files, so what would I save to a disk to preserve my games?

look in my documents/my games, it should be there

Woulda never guessed to look outside the actual game dir.

why didn't you just search the forums before you asked. It has been addressed so many times.
