when i play freelancer the entire game is slow. not a low fps, the fps are fine, but the game runs in slow motion. all the way through. at first it was just on cutscenes, when it would run about as third as fast as it should. now the entire game runs about half speed. I know how fast it SHOULD run, because this is the second time i have had it installed, the first time i had it installed it did not do this. (this leads me to believe the problem is not related to my computer, seeing as though nothing on my computer has changed since the last time i had it installed, so i wont bore anyone with my computers specifications.)
I have patched my freelancer to the latest version, that did not help. is there a fix for this problem i have not heard about? any help would be greatly appreciated.
