wrong username and pass?

when i try to connect to a server it says
"Please wait. Requested operation is taking longer than expected."
then:
"I'm Sorry. your username and password will not work on this server."

WHAT USERNAME? what pass? I havent entered 1.
SOMEBODYPLEASE HLEP ME

Account creation is probably off, to stop new players who usually are the ppl that use lagging mods/trainers
