Rebalance problem, mission specific

I'm playing Rebalance and a standard single player campaign. I'm at the mission in Kusari space where you hit Yukawa shipyard to get Tekagi's transport. The flight from New Tokyo to the Honshu system goes fine, always when we are approaching the shipyard and the Dragons start reporting in, when Ozu is about to speak after Blood Dragon one reports in as ready the game crashes to the desktop.

Rebalance is version 1.9 being run on Mod manager 1.2. The ship I'm using is the Sith Infliltrator.

Another thing that happens is when I come out of Cruise mode, my speed goes down to zero, the only way I can move is either by using afterburners or keeping the thrust key down, both of which work for seconds then the game drops to desktop.
