Rebalance Mod problems

I downloaded the Mod Manager and Rebalance Mod. When trying to install the Rebalance Mod, there is an 'access denied' message regarding a file in the Centurion fighter directory.

I cannot therefore activate the mod. Any help?

There is some read-only files in the mod. It is fixed in newer version of the mod.

No matter, I used a newer version of Mod Manager and it works fine.
