FL crash

My freelancer wont start! i tried it before but i had to reinstall to get it to work .. but i realy dont wanna reinstall every time i have to play! someone can help?? i get an error message saying:
" It didn´t to initialize the program correctly (0xc0000005). Press Ok to exit the program" -thats comes twice .. HELP!....

Thats the exact same thing I get on Freelancer AND Warcraft 3... What are your system specs?

My specs are 1333Mhz 512 RAM Geforce 2 Ultra ... but i sat down and fixed FL ... what was causing the probs was a mod.. millenium falcon mod. I deactivated it, reooted and tried again ... it worked!.... try that (if u have mods ^^)

That code is for a memory error, both games use alot of memory, try swapping your RAM sticks and see if you still get that error
