here''s a new one - it crashes on quitting...

well as the title states, it crashes on the exit, it freezes the comp and i have to restart (via the restart button, not Ctrl+Alt+Delete) the only thing i can see that has changed recently is the uninstallation of Unreal 2. other than that nothings changed, tried the new drivers for graphics card (GeForce4 Ti 4400), works smoother but nothing happened about the crashing. tried reinstalling but no change.
any help greatly appreciated, it really aint healthy for me to be constantly turning off the comp.

I have roughly the same problem, on exiting FL my monitor just shows a garbled desktop, As i'm using XP, i'm forced to alt-tab to the desktop and end task on FL in task manager.
A possible fix to your problem is to disable "write combining" in display properties, settings, advanced, troubleshoot.
this has stopped the problem occuring in another of my games but not FL.

I have the same problem. I have narrowed mine down to some sort of a conflict with Zone Alarm. If I quit Zone Alarm (before launching the game) and play a internet multiplayer game it will then exit cleanly. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
