im haveing same prob. only it tells me that it cat recognize my video card witch to is a g-4 when i try to play the game any way my pc locks up and the screen gos nuts

Hey I found an answer to that. in my C:\windows\system32\ there was a file called "bicubic_resizer.ax" After I removed that file from the folder everything worked fine. Let me know what happens.

i looked but could not find that file im running w-xp if that helps i just talked to the tech guy at dell and the best he could come up with is that this game does not support my video card. i dont know what to think i can play the mech worrior 4 games jedi out cast and il2 stormvock fb just fine it doesnt make sense to me iv reinstaled the game and drivers

Yeah I have a dell laptop with a geforce 4 in it and when it would crash on that video the little box would come up asking to send microsfot a report. And I clicked the show me more infor or whatever it says button. And it told me that that was the file causeing the problem so i changed its location. So if you are getting that error box try doing that and looking for what file is causing the problem. Im sure your graphics card supports the game since you have played all the others and dell doesn't really sell 3rd party cards. Well write back to tell me how your doing with it.

if you have nvidia 43xx driver i suggest you downgrade to 4109...or some other one...i had the same problem..my screen went black instead of playing the intro video..it was because of the driver...See ya'

im not geting a error mesg. after it crashs like normal a just get a warnning befor the game starts saying it dosent recognize my card today a uninstald the game and my saved games and reinstald i still get the msg. but the game is playing better no crashis so far but im not to far into it yet it doesnt let me send a error msg it just freezs up at the desk top and my screen scrambles i have to rebot to start agine some one told me to reformate or something but i got no idea how to do that as this is my first pc. im geting a bad feeling i shulda just stuck with my play station lol my card is made by jaton if that means any thing.
