I play in Seattle Based at 11:30pm atlantic time, in Puerto Rico

My conection was at 48.000bps
In the server there is only 10 persons of 45, and I have a lot of lag in the game, I dont know why this server is lagging because I play in other servers and they not have lag, and the server have a small amount of people.

I don't know if is the server that is lagging or my computer, tell me please if you know how to find the problem and the solution.
