I noticed that sometimes when I docked with a station/planet/ect. (if Iremember right) if I went to repair my ship, and clicked on the equipments dude at same time, repair menu would come up, once I'd close it, after that if I clicked on the equipment or commoditties guy to buy something, it would move the camera as if the menu would open, but the menu doesnt actully show up... I noted that if you leave the station and redock, it fixes it.
