Help w/rebalance mod

hy,
i'm not much of a computerfreak, but i love FL
i wanted to install the rebalance mod build 4 but i cant find an exe in the download.

Please help my installing it

download FLMM (and install it =)
double click on the rebalancing mod,
and FLMM now has it installed
(not activated just installed)

I've just started playing rebalancing, and already I DO
find the game alittle tougher.. not the breezer it use to be.
