I have a problem to connect to global server

Since i reinstalled windows, i can't connect to the global server in Freelancer!!
what should I do? help me out, please!!

check that any firewall settings are disabled.

Same problem here. There is a different post on this in the multiplayer forum "Servers! Where" It didnt solve my problem really though...
