mouse in windowed mode?

i play in windowed mode. the problem is, when i chase an enemy and accidentally get out of the freelancer window, i have to get back to the window. the cursor centers in the middle of the window and i have to press the mouse button again to activate mouse flight. when i have done all this, the enemy has escaped.

is there a way (tool?) to trap the mouse in the freelancer window?

noone playing in windowed mode????
