Problem with joining a server

My Clan (the NRN) has got a server that runs Freelancer.
for everybody it seems to work except for me because when i want to join the server there is a error message: http://www.kyzercube.com/nrnss/images/error.gif

i have used the NRN password (i made sure notypo's or Caps on)
but still i can't join wille i can join other servers,
