What''s the Hail key? P doesn''t work

Or so it seems to me.
The manual says P, but it doesn't work at all in the game.
And the option is not available in the key config screen.
Checked the UserKeyMap.ini and there's a command USER_RADIO which is mapped to key 80, which is ASCII for P.

help?

Yeah, that darn P key just doesn't work right. I even tried binding it to another function and it still doesn't do a darned thing! I've noticed other shortcomings in the key-binding area in FL as well. Try using the weapon grouping stuff with custom key binds...talk about a nightmare!! Weapons turn on and off inappropriately, reset to weird combos every time you relaunch from a base...

I expect (or is it, DEMMAND) a patch from Microsoft to fix this issue soon!!!!!!!!!

What's the big idea on the permanent bindings to primary buttons and keys??? LAME!!!!
