Abnormaly LARGE text?

I recently replaced an ATI 7000/VE with the ATI 9500 PRO and now it seems that all the displayed text is absolutely HUGE. When I visit the equipment dealer I can barley read about the weapons, etc. due to the fact that the text completely over runs nearly the entire screen, well atleast it completely over runs the little boxes that are SUPPOSED to contain the text. Anyone else have this, or have any ideas? I have tried different display sizes, reinstalling, uninstalling/reinstalling, driver updates and even an OS update (was 98se now XP). Effect showed itself before XP was installed.
If further description is needed I will supply screen shot, because I am at a lose as to how else to decscribe this "disturbing" effect.

There's a thread I posted in here that tells about how to fix that. I've got that issue too. There's a font pack you need to install to fix this. I don't remember what the actual thread is, but it has to do with oversized fonts.

hi darkwulf! i have the same problem with the huge text making the game unpleasant to play. unfortunately i didn't find the post that lord raiden was talking about, so pls be so kind and send me a link.

I did two things to find it, opened up the look back feature of the board, to show topics posted over the last YEAR, then I did a search for a;; posts in the technical section by lord raiden.if you need more help, drop me your email and ill do my best.
WARNIG!!!: Forum will load very slow with the show topics from last year due to thelarge number of posts that will be displayed....but its worth it.
