Help me with setup problem please!!!!

My system:
AMD 2100+
512 RAM
NVIDIA TI4200 8X w/128MB
80 GIG HD

My pc will not run the setup routine at all, nothing no menu nothing. Any ideas on what could cause this?

I have also tried to install the trial version via download from the net with the same results as well as tried a demo version from a magazing cd.

what OS are you using?
