Connect to a sinlge IP???

Hi,

can someone tell me pls how can I connect in Freelancer to a single IP?
I always get a server-list but where can I type in a specific IP to connect?

Use the fldirectip file in your Freelancer folder.

I just tried that file, it doesn't work

The game loads into the background, as in it shows up in the process list eating most my RAM, but the game never fully loads... never even shows up in the task bar.

Look in the readme files for the exact format, But Freelancer supports forced IP connections via the command line.
