Can''t play online

When i enter the multiplayer menu, and set it i internet.
On the upper right cornor of the screen, it says "Connecting to Globalserver" or something like that...thats all.. I can't do anything
My internet connection works fine ?

If you have a firewall, you need to open ports 2300-2400 UDP in order to get online.

umm how do you open firewalls? and i have the same prob too when i join a multi it loads and then crashes what do i do?

You don't open firewalls, you open ports on them. Contact who made your firewall on how to open it or contact your ISP, sometimes they like to block ports to keep you safe when you want to live dangerously...
