Multiplayer question/help

Just one question...I just want to play the multiplayer game, but when I click to play it, my server doesnt show up at all. I create something dumb inside flserver and then I go inside the game to play a multiplayer game and poof, nothing shows up inside a LAN game...I just want to play multiplayer, what am I doing wrong and why is this so hard?

I don't see my server when looking at available LAN game either. The odd part is that it does show up on the Internet servers screen. The easiest why to sort for your would be to click the ping tab, thus sorting from lowest to highest ping times. Your server should obviously have the lowest ping time.
