Weird Leveling Bug (sp)

I finished the game, and i level up to 18 i think. I look at the next level requirement screen and i have more than the required amount of money. I try doing a mission but it doesnt level me. So, now im stuck at level 18 :
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem! (even posted here a few hours before you: http://www.lancersreactor.com/t/forum/t ... er&M=False )

for me sometimes it says that the next level requirement is a mission, and sometimes it's an amount of money that's less then what i have
it's annoying!

The amount which is less than what you have is the amount left till you level up next...that's why it decreases everytime you do a mission...
