Big Problem !!! Please Help Me

I have problem with freelancer i can play it about 15-30 minutes afther that it crash to win with error like this

Freelancer.exe modapp:alchemy.dll we are sorry for the inconvenient problem.
and thats it (nothing more)

i have
AMD 750 mhz
Jetway V266a
256 ram
Riva Tnt2 Pro
WinXP

I have reinstaled the software (system and drivers ) but nothing help's
maybe some one have the same problem if you know what could propably do this .... "Darn" error PLEASE HELP

I believe Soran would prefer to just read something off this thread, instead of starting a MP account and all that. So, if you've got something to say, just say it here. That will make things a lot easier, won't it?

it looks like render problem becose in flspew.txt i found i last lines things like that
" Unknown Cam -[chase cam" and [texture to old or invalid its not the problem with corrupted instalation becose i have tested from other cd (Friends version) and it is still crashing to windows

thing that i have tested or changed to test the results (no change still crashing)
Riva Tnt2 pron -> GeForce 2 440 mx
Windows 98 -> Windows XP
NeW video Drivers -> old video drivers
old video drivers -> new video drives
turning off sound in bios (Avance Ac 97 audio)
removing net cart (Surecom)

i also have 2 hard drives
1 Maxtor 20Gb (Configuration : Dma,Smart, 2 Partitions (C:/E

)
2 Fujitsu 80Gb (Configuration : No Dma (Pio mode ) 3 Partitions ( D:/F:/G:/))

1 CD-R Lite-on 48

..... And i just don't know what is cousing this darn error

Please .... if someone have the same problem i have solve it PLEASE HELP i is first game after Frontier : First Encounter that i realy like

Try running at 800x600 resolution.
