I have seen many people complaining about this issue here and so far there has been no fix or solution provided. The DX9 reinstall thing does not work and I do not use a firewall or router so that’s not the problem. The problem is the Global Server is overloaded due to the popularity of this great game. The only way we are going to get a fix for this is by writing to MS about it... complaining on this board is not doing us any good.

When I got the game I was able to connect for the first couple of days and in that time I worked hard to create a good profile. Now I can’t connect at all and it sucks because I love this game and want to play.

If your having this problem then send Microsoft feedback and let them know otherwise we will all be “Connecting to Global Server………” for the rest of our lives.
