Is it possible to trade items / weapons / ships with human players? Or is it possible to transfer money?

A way to trade items in your cargo hold might be for one person to eject a certain amount of cargo near the second ship ... then the second ship tractor it in and then the process would switch...might be time consuming...but you COULD do it...
