Elite server always full!

I just got this game today from the UPS man :-)

When I tried to join the Elite server it said it was full. I sat there for about 30 minutes clicking connect over and over again. I heard somewhere that someone was working on a software that creates a waiting line, like fileplanet uses, for the popular servers. Is this true, and if not, is it doable?

I doubt that's doable as a mod from inside FL.

All Seeing Eye already "redials" popular servers for you, but doesn't have FL support yet.

The only way I see it as possible would be using a third party connection setup/program, or if DA decides to make a patch.

However then lines can get insanely long for popular servers, and if they limited the lines it'd just be like hitting the player limit anyways.

Added: Lets take a moment and remember the hour long Fileplanet lines.
