ELITE - A closed server?

Just a quick question...will this ELITE server be for TLR regulars only and passworded or open to all (which could stop regular TLR from getting online and winging with friends)?

I think we will declare Liberty sector to be no Player kill zone!

So you can turn off PK'ing in diffrent sectors? Or will you uphold this law yourselves? Only I'd imagine that the TLR server will be VERY busy and declaring 1 sector a no kill zone will be tough to uphold.

THERE WIL NEVER BE A NO PKING SECTOR, but the police is still something to reckon with, so if you dont want t oget killed, stay near the cops

IF there was a no pking systems, that be easier to uphold. Like one system in every sector. So denver sector could be no pking for liberty. and so on. Ver yeasy to uphold

On TLR server, if you're camping out and killing off new players...that is a quick ticket to being kicked off, warned, then banned if you don't stop. I want to encourage as many people to play MP in FL as possible and if a person continually logs on, launches and gets killed right away...well, that's just no fun.
