HELP me please

I have a freeworld 1.65 server and i need the the ioncross data files for freeworld 1.65 i need this files please help me

Would suggest two things...

1. Contact the mod author and request them from him/her/them, or...

2. Create them yourself using the IonCross GameData utility found in the downloads.

When all else fails...
