Server Police Setup

I recently set up a server and modded it a little (with loads of help from these forums of course!) but i seem to have a prob setting up server police. I am running Ioncross server operator mk V and i have an admin mod which allows the police cloak. The thing is i cant seem to figure out how to make people admins or give people access to use the console ingame and allow others to kick people using the /kick command without having server access.

If anyone can help i would be realluy grateful.

As far as I know, the only program that allows for that kind of action is FL Anti-Cheat.

To give universe chat ability to a player, locate his account and create an empty file called "admin" (just admin, no ending and no "

in it. After the next server restart, that guy can write to the universe via /u text.

And for kicking / banning permissions, try FLAdmin.
