Truely persistant server?

Can you run a persistant server that will save player info so that when you reboot/restart the server the player's data will still be there? (right now when I restart my server all my player saves are gone)

Never mind, I see what happened, I started the server as a different user (different log on) and so the saves were in a different "My Documents" folder.
